Two-year study in England...
1st XI Football in AGS
The FIRST player from Hong Kong in nine years to play 1st XI football for Adams Grammar School (AGS) in England
It was a miracle given that I hadn't played football on a regular basis in Hong Kong and the local students were all extremely skilful. Even so, having a passion for football, a sense of adventure, a determination to overcome challenges after challenges physically and mentally, to change students' and teachers' perspective about Asian, I kept going forward regardless of being discriminated, disparaged, not being welcomed among local students. While taking part in regular training, I committed into self-training. The experience was utterly awful at first. It was not until my second year had I started to gain respect and recognition from others.
The photos on both sides were taken after the football match was finished.
A painful start but an impressive ending.
有好多事都是要由零開始,但是在英國的經歷特別回味,特別有挑戰性

Made contribution to the school magazine
The most challenging thing for me was to bring ideas on the table as I wasn't familiar with the local culture and the tradition of the school. But, fear and embarrassment weren't holding me back, and I always believe in myself that I could always do what others did.
